“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

When I looked up the definition for supernatural on google here’s what I found: “(of a manifestation or event) attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding or the laws of nature.”
Now thinking back to moments in my life where God has made Himself known, and listening to others testimonies, and every event in the Bible, and everytime God moves is supernatural!
In John chapter 3 of the Bible, Nicodemus, a Pharisee, has a conversation with Jesus. Everything Jesus speaks to him he can’t seem to wrap his head around. For example:
“In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. How can a man be born when he is old? Nicodemus asked. Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born! Jesus answered, I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. John 3:3-5
Nicodemus has trouble understanding because he is thinking as the world does.
Jesus further explains what He means: “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. John 3:6
It is our spirit that needs saving not our flesh. Our flesh will fade away just as the flowers do. This is a SUPERNATURAL birth Jesus is talking about. Once we are born again we are born in the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirt, the Father. So our lives should lead nothing less of supernatural!
Imagine seeing amazing miracles from God everyday! Healings, divine encounters, huge revivals, demons being casted out, chains breaking, thousands of salvations, people speaking in tongues. Stories we read about from the bible, and amazing revival stories from the past happening around you.
I was recently reading from a book by Ruth Ward Heflin called River Glory filled with amazing stories of the Holy Spirit moving. I just read about a gold dust that she first noticed on a lady in deep worship and this gold dust soon started appearing all over at her conferences, and elsewhere all over the world. It would appear from the top of peoples scalp, the pores on their face and even an occasion where it was floating in a church. The form it came in would be different too. A lady leaving her conference went to the bathroom to change her clothes and a gold nugget fell from her clothes. People would tell her of the continuous appearance of this gold dust and the only explaination is that is was God.
God will move however He pleases and whether it is a great testimonial healing or strange appearance of something unexplainable I encourage the church to open your eyes and your heart to the supernatural things God is doing around us at this time. That we would be vessels for the supernatural moves He wants breakforth upon us! Do not put His ways in a box, but dream the impossible. Most importantly BELIEVE FOR IT!
Jesus said we will get to do even greater things: "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it." John 14:12-14
"Let your kingdom come. Let your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" Matthew 6:10
